No Automated Querying
You may not send automated queries of any sort to BackLink-PageRank system without permission in advance from BackLink-PageRank.

Website Acceptance Policy
BackLink-PageRank reserves the rights to choose who may, and may not, be accepted as a BackLink-PageRank member. BackLink-PageRank will periodically review and remove websites from the directory that have content listed below:

1. Inappropriate material published (for example: adult, illegal, and/or amoral).
2. If your website does not have a link page or the link page is inaccessible by our link spider.
3. If your website is in the direct competition with a type of service we offer.
4. If your website has little or no unique content.

Recurring Subscriptions
All the recurring subscriptions can be canceled up until the day of the next scheduled payment. If it has not been canceled you will be billed and you will not be eligible for a refund. These standards are set by our merchants and we are obligated to enforce them.

Refund Policy
Please note that BackLink-PageRank does not permit the return of or offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Partial refunds on the service or services that will not be used due to customers decision not to continue to use the service for the remaining of the paid term.
• Recurring subscriptions that have been billed (please refer to “Recurring Subscriptions”).
• If you violate any of our terms and conditions.

If you violate our terms and conditions your account(s) will be removed from BackLink-PageRank network without notice and you will not be allowed to use our website.
